Roselle belongs to the family of Malvaceae which is originated from West Africa. It is a tropical harb also known by many a names such as: a) Habiscus, b) Jamaican Sorrel, c) Guinea Sorrel, d) Saril, e) Flor de Jamaica, f) Tengaura.
